Not so traditional thanksgiving – Tuesday November 8, 2011
Mamas home baked cheese crackers topped with a savory goat cheese and oven roasted tomatoes, roasted beet and fennel salad with crumbled gorgonzola and a cranberry relish dressing, turkey pot pie with bacon mashed potato crust, curried Brussels sprouts topped with sweet cashews and home made paneer (cheese), Pumpkin-chocolate Whoopie pies.

Dinner with friends - Tuesday November 22, 2011
Bacon crisps with goat cheese, pear and a pomogranate glaze, everybody bring an ingredient salad with a lemon tahini dressing, Morrocan Lentil bean soup with smoked paprika scented shrimp, cardamom and honey glazed chicken over a roasted tomato and onion rice pilaf, Coconut cream pie

Stovetop Steaming – Tuesday December 6, 2011
Steamed Pork Buns (Char Siu Bao), Steamed mussels with Chive Butter, Asian Aromatic Chicken, Steamed Wasabi Salmon with Ponzu Sauce, Shrimp and Mushroom Sui Mei and Steamed Egg Custard

Street foods – Tuesday December 13, 2011
Travel the world and try some foods you find not in a restaurant, but from a street vendor. Tacos al pastor from Mexico, arancini rice balls from Italy, chicken tagine from Morocco, bahn mi sandwich’s from Vietnam, lahmajun, a flat bread with a thin layer of meat, tomato, onions,peppers and parsley from Turkey, and a taste of Greece with some Baklava.

Can’t find any good Cajun locally? Let me lead you down the streets of New Orleans. Bayou Cajun popcorn shrimp with a tany remoulade sauce, crab salad, black eye peas and gumbo, red beans and rice, sweet potato casserole, New Orleans style bread pudding with bourbon sauce

Braised short rib, Stout beer and Potato with Puff Pastry, Shrimp and Andouille, Green-Curry Chicken with Pyllo, Minestone with Parmesan biscuit, Shepard’s pie; Lamb and mashed potatoes, Lobster and Fennel topped with toasted buttered bread.
